When you set up Snacc, you enter:
This information is stored locally on your device using your phone's secure storage. It is not uploaded to our servers.
When you use the app, the following data is generated and stored locally on your device:
None of this is sent to our servers. It lives entirely on your phone.
Snacc requests access to your camera to scan food items and barcodes. Photos taken during scanning are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate nutritional analysis, and are not stored by us after the analysis is returned.
We do not access your photo library unless you explicitly choose to upload an image.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Most of your data is stored locally on your device using secure storage. Data sent to third-party APIs (OpenRouter, RevenueCat) is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We do not operate our own cloud database to store your personal health data. If you delete the app, your local data is deleted with it.
Snacc is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
